 Al-Saeeda University is one of Yemen's private universities, established in 2010 by a decision from the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research (No. 0577) as a leading and accredited educational institution. It began with the Faculty of Medical Sciences, followed by the Faculty of Engineering and Information Technology and the Faculty of Administrative and Human Sciences in 2014. Based on its vision, mission, and goals of expansion and development, the university opened a branch in the capital, Sana'a, as one of the most important private universities in the city. The branch was established by Ministerial Decree No. 0093 in 2019.
